PIXDEA ("we", "our" or "the company"), based in Costa Rica, is the company responsible for processing personal data collected through the websites pixdea.com, pixlabclass.com and pixlab3d.com, as well as contact forms, advertising campaigns, and any other digital channel operated by PIXDEA and its products PIXLAB Class and PIXLAB 3D.

By using our websites, filling out a contact form, or interacting with our advertising campaigns, you accept the terms described in this policy.

1. Personal data we collect

We only collect the information needed to respond to your inquiries and provide our services. The data we may request includes:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Name of the educational institution or organization
• Country
• Position or role within the institution
• Information about your technology needs (products of interest, current equipment)

2. How we use your data

We use the personal data we collect exclusively for the following purposes:

• Respond to your inquiries and requests for information
• Schedule demonstrations of our products (PIXLAB Class and PIXLAB 3D)
• Send you relevant information about our educational products and services
• Provide commercial follow-up on your request
• Improve our services and the experience on our websites

3. Tracking and advertising technologies

Our websites use the following technologies:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): We use the Meta pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, show relevant ads to people who have visited our websites (remarketing), and create lookalike audiences to reach potential customers. The data collected by the Meta pixel is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for the operation of the website and analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our sites.

4. Sharing data with third parties

PIXDEA does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.

• Technology platforms needed to operate our services (web hosting providers, email tools, customer management platforms)
• Meta Platforms, Inc. exclusively for advertising purposes through the Meta Pixel, as described in the previous section

In all cases, these third parties are required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes agreed with PIXDEA.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion. Commercial lead data is kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless there is an active business relationship.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data from our records
• Objection: Object to the use of your data for marketing or commercial communications
• Revocation: Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to ventas@pixdea.com with the subject "Personal data request". We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 business days.

7. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Minors

Our services are aimed at educational institutions and professionals in the sector. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us at ventas@pixdea.com so we can proceed to delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

PIXDEA reserves the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this same page with the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
